Lounge and Bar
At the Tulip Hotel in Cape Town, guests can have a drink at the cosy Tavern Bar located on the ground floor, or relax and visit with friends in the adjacent comfortable lounge. The large windows in the lounge allow patrons to watch the outside world go by. Those guests who want to work or surf the Web and who are in possession of WiFi-enabled laptops or tablets, can make use of the WiFi in the lounge area for a small fee.

The Tavern Bar is easily accessible via a street entrance and also leads off from the lounge area. Here you will find a vast variety of drinks to suit all tastes, served up by our friendly bar staff. The Tavern Bar is open daily from noon until midnight. Upon returning from the many fine restaurants in the area, after dinner nightcaps can be enjoyed in our lounge.
The reception desk is open 24-hours a day, and our very reliable and competent staff will be able to recommend tours, travel services and entertainment venues.

Housekeeping Department

The Tulip Hotel has a dedicated housekeeping department to ensure that our guests reside in comfort and cleanliness. Rooms are cleaned and serviced daily, and all the linen in the hotel is made of quality cotton. Since living out of a suitcase with a limited wardrobe can be challenging, an on-site laundry service is offered to guests at an additional cost.
